Interstate Health Certificates are for pets that are traveling either by airplane or car to another state within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, or any island provinces.  This health certificate is only good for 10 days.  We will not postdate the certificate – it must be done within 10 days of travel.  Please call to set up an appointment time for one of our doctors to give the examination and complete the paperwork.
