Health certificates are required on all pets that travel across interstate or international borders, regardless of their mode of transportation.   The health certificate must be signed by an accredited veterinarian and a complete exam must be done.  The pet must be current on his/her Rabies vaccination to travel anywhere.

The exam will include a wellness exam (including screening of eyes, ears, teeth, heart, lungs, etc) and fecal exam.  Some countries require other testing, vaccinations, and/or documentation of flea/tick control and  deworming in the clinic.

If Shelley Drive Animal Clinic did not vaccinate your pet, you will need a copy of ALL the vaccinations that were done along with the vaccine manufacturer, serial number, vaccine expiration date, and the date the vaccine was given.

Please bring the address to where the pet is traveling and contact phone numbers.

Shelley Drive Animal Clinic has multiple doctors that are accredited and we do offer interstate and international health examinations.
